Pamela Anderson epitomizes the words high quality and dedication. Throughout her entire life, she dedicated herself to her education and her career. Working hard is a concept that Pamela is familiar with. Starting with her the work she accomplished at university, Pamela graduated with her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.

After completing her MBA, Pamela Penson attended Claremont Graduate University where she acquired her Ph.D. in Neuroeconomics. Finding a passion through the work she was accomplishing, Pamela graduated at the top of her class. Soon after her graduation, Pamela Penson decided to inspire and incite the same passion for neuroeconomics working as a professor in the School of Business and Management at Azusa Pacific University.

After her time as a professor, Pamela devoted herself to the in-home caregiving industry for 25 years. Upset with the services that caregiving companies provided, Pamela took her action. She opened her own in-home caregiving company based out of California. Pamela commits herself to offering the highest level of quality of non-medical, personalized care in the In-Home Care Industry.

Pamela believes that taking care of an elder is more than making sure they eat, take medication and arrive at their appointments; a loving caregiver is someone who offers the same love and compassion as a family member. With that in mind, Pamela curated services that focus on providing companionship, help with daily activities, and support to those who have conditions like Dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Pamela’s devotedness to advancing the in-home care has not gone with recognition. Multiple publications have identified her impressive her work. She was assigned Healthcare Manager of the Year in 2016 by the Los Angeles Business Journal Healthcare Leadership Forum. 2016 proved to be a successful year considering she received two more awards for her company,  Best Homecare Company by Beach Magazine and the Easy Reader along with the title of Favorite Homecare Company by the Los Angeles Newspaper Group’s Daily Breeze Best of Contest, as well as

Pamela Penson has made considerable advancement in the in-home care industry and has also made an impression in the international entrepreneurial community.  She has worked in multiple countries including but not limited to, China, India, Australia, South Africa, and Italy. While overseas, Pamela has owned and operated manufacturing companies and consultancies.

In her time spent abroad, Pamela Penson has leaned four different languages. She is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, and sign language. Her international presence is also apparent on multiple humanitarian boards. The boards that she participates in support women and children in third world countries to become self-sufficient entrepreneurs.
